These were actually made with my grandmother's tried and tested sponge recipe with primrose hill butter cream... which is awesome. It has 250g of icing sugar and 125g of really good dark chocolate in, I thought I would be quite bitter but it's yummy and smooth... I should know I just ate a bowlful!
