10 days!!! Wooohooo!!! That's a third of the way thru this challenge!

Long tailed tits are among my favourite birds... they have a habit of not looking quite real, like they are in a Disney film! They were described to me as a ping pong ball on a stick when I first identified one and that kind of stuck!

Day 8 and things are feeling a little surreal.. mostly because Mr Felt has a habit of snoring like a hibernating bear thus earning him the name "The Snorenado" and me a sleepless night! But we do have a little black swan... aw cute!

Bird a Day: Day 2 Swan

Day 2:  Needle felted swan, here he is having a cuddle with wonky peacock!

The rules: Each bird will be needle felted on a 3cm felt bead and they will be new birds (so no cheating and using old photos) Each bird must take no more than 1 hour to make.  I will post a bird a day and at the end of the month said birds will be auctioned off.
