We passed the 1200 Etsy sales mark and I am feeling "well chuffed" as we say in Yorkshire... in fact I so happy that I thought I might spread it about with a lovely Father's Day giveaway. I spent a day with my Dad and Grandad yesterday so I couldn't put the competition up. Dad found these scarecrows and leapt out of the car for a sneaky photo!
I have decided to pick 2 lucky winners to celebrate 1200 sales.

2nd Prize... an owl baby or mini owl of your choice and some goodies

Well, I have been a fan for a long while now, and have loved MANY of your works that have come and gone in your Etsy shop! Currently my favs is the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo and the chics in the egg cartons are adorable as well. Would love to own one of your owls as I am a Brown Owl at 3rd Wideopen Brownies in Newcastle, and even girls who don't go to my Brownies but know me, call me Brown Owl.
My mum also has a soft spot for owls.
But I think I would have to say the Blue Tit is my favourite. They have such wonderful little features and are such characters.
Was saddened yesterday though when I had to empty out our nest box as our resident Blue Tit babies had died. :'(

I love the cockatiels, just like my little Mog. The day the cat along the road got in was the saddest. Been 7 years since he went to birdy heaven, but I still miss him on my shoulder, when I washed the dishes.
Very tricky decision... I love the curly owl babies but I think my absolute favourite (today anyway) is the tufted titmouse - just love that expression!
